Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on most items...we're nice like that!

 

No matter what is the reason for the return we will work with you to offer our full support to make the return process as smooth as possible, so please contact us immediately to assist (contact@calisports.co.uk). 

When requesting to return anything, just make sure you have proof of purchase (confirmation email).

Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:

• unused (with any tags still attached)

• in original packaging

• in a resaleable condition

We'll refund your money to the original payment method. Once we receive the returned item, we need up to 7 days to process and confirm that item is in resalable condition. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.

Please note: we do not cover the cost for returning the products back to us, and we recommend that you send items back by tracked mail, as we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post. Shipping costs are not retrievable, hence we are unable to refund these costs for any returns which do not contain faulty or damaged items. Only if the item is found to be defective will the original return shipping costs be refunded.
